Installation of power transformers
- The transformer installation strictly adhered to construction specifications and design requirements. Safety warning zones were set up on-site, and certified personnel performed the work. Professional lifting equipment was used to smoothly hoist the transformer onto the pre-set foundation, ensuring precise leveling and vertical alignment, followed by the secure fastening of anchor bolts.
- Subsequently, the processes of accessory assembly, high and low voltage busbar connection, grounding system installation, and sealing inspection were carried out in sequence, with comprehensive construction records and quality control maintained throughout. All operations were performed in a standardized and orderly manner to ensure secure installation, reliable wiring, and compliance with grounding standards, providing a solid foundation for subsequent electrical testing and safe operation.
